What is the first step in renting a home?

Do you rent out single rooms or entire houses?
We offer both! Most of our properties feature private single rooms in shared co-living spaces, but we also offer full-house rentals at select locations.
What amenities are included with my room?
Standard shared amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, comfortable living areas, and laundry facilities. Some premium locations also feature swimming pools or large gardens.
How is the rent structured and paid?
Rent is paid on a fortnightly (every two weeks) basis. Payment methods and exact schedules will be clearly outlined in your rental agreement.
How much should I save for a down payment?
You don't need a traditional real estate down payment. We simply require a security deposit (bond) equal to exactly one fortnight's rent to secure your room.
What is a home inspection?
For our tenants, this means a quick move-in check to document your room's condition, plus occasional routine inspections to ensure the property remains safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Can I move in as a couple, or are rooms strictly for single occupancy?
While most rooms are designed for single occupancy to keep shared spaces comfortable, we occasionally have larger rooms suitable for couples. Contact us to check current availability!
How long does it take to close on a house?
Since we rent and sublet, there is no lengthy sales "closing" period. Once your application is approved and your deposit is paid, you can typically get your keys in just a few days if the room is vacant.
